Short on time? Try our 30 minute Express Classes.These classes are 30 minutes from start to finish and consist of two back-to-back classes within an hour. You can choose to do one or stay for both. A great class for beginners!

   

All classes are 30 minutes unless otherwise noted.

 

40/20 SPIN EXPRESS

This exercise class will include 40 minutes of spin with 20 minutes of stretching.  Join us for 40, 20, or both!

BLT (Buns & Biceps, Legs & Lats, Triceps & Tummy)
A fun workout for toning buns, legs and tummy. The ball may be used for core work.

 

CARDIO EXPRESS

A high energy, all cardio workout class that may include a variety of formats including kickboxing, low impact, sports specific movements, calisthenics drills and more.

  

SPIN EXPRESS
A Spinning class for those short on time but still wanting a great workout. Great for that lunchtime crunch!
