Intended for all ages and fitness levels
this non-impact
cardiovascular work-out
is an addictive blend of sweat, endorphins and
pure imagination. A benefit to members at no charge. Top-of-the-line
equipment by Schwinn.
All
classes include one or more areas of training below. Experience flat
roads, sandy desert terrain, scenic mountain passes and horrendous weather
- all in your own cycling “journey”.
40/20
SPIN EXPRESS
This exercise class will include 40 minutes of spin with 20 minutes of
stretching. Join us for 40, 20, or both!
ENDURANCE
Class includes seated flats, standing walks and runs. In this workout the
body maintains consistent energy usage training your body to be more
efficient thereby increasing your aerobic capacity. This zone is
challenging and there is some discomfort as the body adapts to holding a
position for long periods of time.
ALL TERRAIN
Class includes all components of the Spinning program. This most varied
workout incorporates all types of riding along with the full energy zone
training range. You will work aerobically and anaerobically. The goal is
to see the results of your training week through rapid recovery after
high-end exertion.
SPIN EXPRESS
A 30 minute Spinning class for those short on time but still wanting a
great workout. Great for that lunchtime crunch!
STRENGTH
Class includes seated climbs, standing climbs and rolling hills. Spinning
class is slow, steady, hard resistance work. Resistance is increased
gradually and consistently. The goal is to build power in the muscle.
Recovery from this workout is critical. |
