A wide variety of classes are offered
for cardiovascular conditioning. The American College of Sports Medicine recommends three to five days a week of cardiovascular conditioning for 20 to 60 minutes each. 

    All classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted.

BASIC STEP
This class is designed to teach participants the fundamentals of Step.  You will sweat!  Also a great class for those who want to brush up or like a less complicated step routine.

CARDIO CHISEL
A class combines cardio with the chisel strength training technique, designed to build aerobic conditioning, aerobic endurance and fat-burning.

CARDIO BLAST
This high-energy class will challenge both your aerobic and anaerobic limits! A total cardio class that may include low impact, step, slide or kick boxing. The intervals will be anywhere from 30 seconds to 1½ minutes of cardio moves that will guarantee sweating, calorie burning and fat burning.

FOREVER FIT
This 75-minute low impact class is a slower-paced land workout in three individual segments:  aerobics, strength training, and stretching.  Let us help you get in shape and stay forever fit!

 

INTERVAL WORKOUT
A real calorie burner!  This class will be a combination of low impact, step or kickboxing with intervals to tone and strengthen the body.  Intervals will be made up of cardio, weights, or band use.

 

INTRODUCTION TO SPINNING
A 45-minute class that will teach you the basics of bike set-up, hand positioning, proper form and more.  Includes 15 minutes of stretching.

 

LOW IMPACT
A workout that targets your cardiovascular system. Low impact moves and fun combinations make this class an excellent way to burn fat and calories. All fitness levels will enjoy this class and the benefits of a great cardiovascular workout!

 

SPINNING  
Intended for all ages and fitness levels, this non-impact cardiovascular workout uses special stationary bicycles manufactured by Schwinn and is an
addictive blend of sweat, endorphins and pure imagination. 

 

STEP COMBO
This class combines our Step class with the instructors' creativity, giving them the flexibility to incorporate their own toning and strength training segments or to keep it strictly Step all the way through!

 

STEP

A fun class designed for those who are familiar with Step patterns and terminology, and who are ready for an intense workout. As an option, participants may raise Step height to a maximum of 8 inches. A toning segment is included, and the class provides an excellent cardiovascular workout in addition to toning every major muscle group in the lower body.

 

STEP INTERVAL
Basic Step with one minute bursts of cardio intervals, i.e. jacks, lunges, squats, etc.

 

STEP IT UP
This is no ordinary Step class! Designed for intermediate to advanced participants, this fun class may include the use of 1-4 steps as well as fun and challenging combinations.

 

WINTER SPORTS CONDITIONING CLASS
A 6-week class designed for sport specific activities that include power, agility, speed, strength and balance. A fun and energizing class for you winter sports fanatics.
 


 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

 

 
NOTE:  Participants
trying Spinning for the first time will need to arrive 15 minutes early
on their first visit. The instructor help you get set up on the bike.
