A wide variety of classes are offered
for cardiovascular conditioning. The American College of Sports Medicine recommends three to five days a week of cardiovascular conditioning for 20 to 60 minutes each. 

    All classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted.

BASIC STEP:  This 60 minute class is designed to teach participants the fundamentals of step. This is also a great class for those who want to brush up or would like a less complicated step routine.

BOOT CAMP:  An intense, one hour high impact class.  This class will include drills, kickboxing, sprinting, jump rope, BOSU training, weight training and possible outdoor training.  Get ready to turn up the H.E.A.T. (Hard Core Extreme Athletic Training) This class is not for participants just starting an exercise program.  Remember to bring your water bottle.

HIP HOP HUSTLE- Bring down da house and break a sweat with fun hip dances like the Cupid Shuffle, Cha Cha Slide and more. Shauna, Tiffany and Janna will help you get your groove on! 

CARDIO CHISEL:  A 60 minute class combining cardio and barbell intervals, designed to build aerobic conditioning, aerobic endurance and fat-burning!

CHISEL: One of the hottest classes around and the quickest way to change the shape of your body.  This 60 minute group strength training class utilizes a barbell and adjustable weights to strengthen and define your muscles.  Our instructors will insure that every class is motivating, safe and effective. 

GETTING STARTED- CARDIO/STRENGTH:  This is a class that will introduce new members to the cardio and strength rooms in the club. The cardio class is a thirty minute class that will focus on how to use the machines in the cardio room. Getting started Strength will introduce you to the strength equipment. Both classes are by appointment only. Please ask at the front desk for further information.

 KICK IT- It's time to SHAKE IT UP on Monday nights!  A non-stop, non-contact class that integrates shadow boxing, strength training, drills and cardio kickboxing combinations.  Tons of cardio, kicks, punches and footwork! Come in and KICK-IT with us on Monday nights!

LOW IMPACT: A 60 minute workout that targets your cardiovascular system. Low impact moves and fun combinations make this class an excellent way to burn fat and calories.  All fitness levels will enjoy this workout and the benefits of a great cardiovascular workout.

SPIN:  Intended for all people of all ages at all levels of fitness.  This 60 minute non-impact cardiovascular work-out utilizes a specially designed stationary bike manufactured by Schwinn.  This original indoor cycling program is an addictive blend of sweat, endorphins and pure imagination.  Challenge the fitness enthusiast in yourself to experience flat roads, sandy desert terrain, scenic mountain passes and horrendous weather all in your own cycling “journey” during this unique class.  Water bottles, sweat towels, padded bike shorts and stiff-toed shoes (cross trainer type) recommended.

STEP: A 60 minute class designed for those who are familiar with Step patterns and terminology, and who are ready for an intense workout.  As an option, participants may raise Step height to a maximum of 8 inches.  A toning segment is included, and the class provides an excellent cardiovascular workout in addition to toning every major muscle group in the lower body.

STEP IT UP: This is no ordinary Step class!  Designed for intermediate to advanced participants, this class may include the use of 1-4 steps as well as fun and challenging combinations.  This is a 60 minute class.
