Cardiovascular A wide variety of classes are offered for cardiovascular conditioning. The American College of Sports Medicine recommends three to five days a week of cardiovascular conditioning for 20 to 60 minutes each. |

CHISEL: One of the hottest classes around and the quickest way to change the shape of your body. This 60 minute group strength training class utilizes a barbell and adjustable weights to strengthen and define your muscles. Our instructors will insure that every class is motivating, safe and effective. CIRCUIT BREAKER- This is non-stop body workout with
an emphasis on core stability. This high intensity functional
fitness workout will utilize strength, range of motion and POWER!
A variety of resistance techniques will be used including hand weights,
body weight, and resistance bands. Sound good? Oh yeah!

The Zumba® program mixes Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to
create a one of a kind fitness program that will blow you away. Dance
inspired, total body, fat burning workout. The routines feature interval
training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training
are combined to tone and sculpt your body. Come and experience an
