STEP A fun class designed for those who are familiar with Step patterns and terminology, and who are ready for an intense workout. As an option, participants may raise Step height to a maximum of 8 inches. A toning segment is included, and the class provides an excellent cardiovascular workout in addition to toning every major muscle group in the lower body.
