designed for the beginning club member or the person wanting a great start
to a regular exercise program. Fitness 101 covers three major components of physical fitness:

Classes are taught by Crossroads group exercise staff. Each class follows the same basic outline, with added bonus of the individual instructor's style. If you wish to meet with a trainer after completing Fitness 101, there will be a $29 charge for the first session. A Fitness Trainer will guide you through an exercise program created for you based on your fitness goals, your initial session, and feedback from your Fitness 101 classes.
Re-Evaluations FITNESS 101 CLASS SCHEDULE For members who want to meet directly with a Personal Trainer instead of taking the Fitness 101 program, the cost is $29 per session. Getting Started
