Water Fitness Calendar

There is a small charge for personal training appointments and payment must be received in advance. Please inquire at the front desk if you are interested in this challenging form of fitness

All water fitness classes are included in your membership. Lap swimming is available at all times except during scheduled classes and Family Swim
time. Please bring your own swim attire including caps and goggles. Crossroads provides towels for a small fee; however, they are not beach towels, so it is advisable to bring your
own.

A lifeguard is only on duty during Family Swim Time.
